Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
