Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Omaha with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
