Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Wren Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
