Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in Oklahoma City with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
