Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
