Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Forge Inspection Services is an inspection company in Oklahoma City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
