Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oklahoma City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
