Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Oakland, CA)

Cedar Basin Health is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
