Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
