Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Mill Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Minneapolis area, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
