Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
