Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Quarry Inspection Services is an inspection company in Minneapolis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
