Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
