Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
