Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
