Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
