Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

Nova Corner Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
