Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
