Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
