Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Madison with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
