Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group provides legal services in Madison across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
