Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Madison supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Madison. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
