Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Louisville, KY)

Bright Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Louisville supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
