Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Clear Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Louisville, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
