Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
