Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
