Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Nova North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
