Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Clear Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
