Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
