Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Financial and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
