Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
