Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
