Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Kansas City with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
