Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
