Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
