Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
