Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Vale Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
