Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
