Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
