Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 502 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
