Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Jacksonville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
