Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
