Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jackson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
