Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Cedar Granite Staffing and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
