Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Rook Financial serves customers across Jackson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
