Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Markets and adding a Senior Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
