Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Rowan Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Jackson focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
