Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jackson, and we need a Senior Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
