Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
