Senior Recruiter - technical hiring (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Field Markets Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
